How do I reset my password or access my account?
AWSReady uses Google OAuth for authentication, so there are no passwords to manage. Simply click "Login" and select "Continue with Google" to access your account using your Google credentials.
What's included in the free version vs. premium?
Free users have access to the first 2 pages (10 questions) of each exam. Premium users get full access to all questions for the exam they purchase. You can buy access to individual exams or bundles.
How do refunds work?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all premium purchases. To request a refund, email billing@awsready.com within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Can I access premium content on multiple devices?
Yes! Once you purchase premium access to an exam, you can access it from any device by logging in with the same Google account. Your progress is automatically synced across devices.
Are the quiz questions actual AWS exam questions?
No. Our quiz questions are designed to mirror the format and difficulty of AWS certification exams, but they are not actual exam questions. We create original practice questions based on AWS documentation and exam blueprints.
I found an error in a quiz question. How do I report it?
Thank you for helping us improve! You can also report issues directly on each question by clicking the Report button. For additional feedback or detailed explanations, please email content@awsready.com with the exam name, question number, and a description of the issue. We review all submissions and update questions regularly.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account by logging in, going to Settings, selecting the Account tab, and clicking "Delete Account." This will permanently remove all your data. For assistance, contact privacy@awsready.com.
Do you offer bulk pricing for teams or organizations?

What payment methods do you accept?
