These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AWSReady platform, including our website, quiz applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing our content, or using any part of our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

AWSReady is an educational platform that provides practice quiz questions and study materials to help users prepare for AWS (Amazon Web Services) certification examinations. Our Service includes:

• Practice quiz questions for multiple AWS certification exams (including SAA-C03, CLF-C02, and others)
• Detailed explanations for quiz answers
• Progress tracking and performance analytics
• Free access to a limited number of quiz questions
• Premium access to complete exam question banks (per-exam purchases)
• User account management via Google OAuth authentication

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of our Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth authentication. By creating an account, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
• The information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
• You will maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect our Service or other users.

4. Premium Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Pricing and Payment

AWSReady offers a per-exam premium access model. Pricing is clearly displayed on our platform before purchase. All payments are processed securely through lemonsqueezy, our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to pay all applicable fees and authorize us to charge your payment method.

4.2 Premium Access

Premium access is granted on a per-exam basis. Once you purchase access to an exam, you will have unlimited access to all questions for that specific exam. Premium access is non-transferable and may not be shared with others.

4.3 Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for premium purchases. To request a refund:

• You must submit your refund request within 7 days of purchase
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
• Upon refund, your premium access to the exam will be revoked
• Refunds may be denied for accounts found to be abusing the system

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already made, only future purchases.

5. Use of Service and Content

5.1 License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

5.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our quiz content
• Share your account credentials or premium access with others
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or extract content from our Service

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

5.3 Content Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date quiz content, we make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or currency of our materials. The quiz questions are designed for practice and educational purposes and may not exactly reflect actual AWS certification exam questions.

All content on the AWSReady platform, including but not limited to quiz questions, explanations, text, graphics, logos, software, and design elements, is the property of AWSReady or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

"AWS," "Amazon Web Services," and all related certification names and logos are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon Web Services. Our use of these terms is for descriptive purposes only.

6.3 User Feedback

If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our Service, you grant us the right to use such feedback without any obligation to compensate you.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Service, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party services, including:

• Google OAuth: For user authentication
• Lemonsqueezy: For payment processing
• AWS Services: For hosting and infrastructure (Amazon S3, CloudFront, DynamoDB, Lambda, Cognito)

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third-party providers.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AWSREADY, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Costs of procurement of substitute goods or services
• Failure to pass any AWS certification examination

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AWSReady and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any content you submit or transmit through the Service

12. Modifications to Service and Terms

12.1 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

12.2 Terms Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware, and the award rendered by the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

13.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and us individually. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AWSReady regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

14.5 No Agency

No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created between you and AWSReady as a result of these Terms or your use of the Service.
